Refund policy

***PLEASE NOTE - NOT ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.***

The following are NOT eligible for return:

  • Made to order items;
    •
  • Custom order items;
    •
  • Special order items;
    •
  • Sale items;
    •
  • Giftcards.

    • All returns are subject to the seller’s approval.


    Return Window for Qualifying Returns

    Eligible items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.


    Return Process

    STEP 1 - The purchaser sends a return request email to sales@industrygarage.com and includes the following required information:

    1. Order number;
    2. Part number of each item to be considered for return; and
    3. Explanation of reason for return request.

    STEP 2 - The seller reviews the return request email, determines eligibility, and replies by email. If the item(s) listed in the return request qualify for return, the seller sends the purchaser an email with instructions for returning the eligible item(s).

    STEP 3 - The purchaser mails the eligible item(s), per the emailed instructions.

    STEP 4 - The seller receives the purchaser’s shipment and inspects each item for final return approval.

    STEP 5 - If return is approved, the seller sends the purchaser a confirmatory email and issues a refund to the purchaser.


    Damage and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the seller immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the seller can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    You can always contact the seller for any return question at sales@industrygarage.com.

    The seller will apply a repackaging fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) to any returns received without acceptable packaging.

    All international sales are final.

    Returned items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all pieces included.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. All return shipments must be insured, and the purchaser must file any loss/damage claims if needed.
