Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after the purchaser receives the initial order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use distributors located all across the United States and cannot guarantee the shipping timetable of third parties. Additionally, please note that there are generally many logistical shipping delays across the world due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
Local pickup is offered ONLY FOR INDUSTRY GARAGE MADE-TO-ORDER PARTS. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Baltimore, Maryland. You must email us at sales@industrygarage.com to request local pickup prior to placing your order.
International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping. If you would like international shipping, please email us at sales@industrygarage.com prior to placing an order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any such charges, if applied, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will not be incurred by the seller.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@industrygarage.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to Post Office Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to post office boxes. If your order must be shipped to a post office box, please email us at sales@industrygarage.com to confirm this is possible prior to placing your order.
